Welcome to StreamTipz.in ("Platform"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these legally binding terms.

These terms govern your use of StreamTipz.in's tipping platform, including all features, content, and services.

By registering, you confirm you're at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent if under 18).

For Supporters (Tippers):

• Must provide accurate: name, email, and valid payment details
• Are responsible for all activities under their account

For Creators (Streamers):

• Must verify identity with PAN and bank details
• Required to comply with platform content guidelines

StreamTipz.in provides:

• Digital tipping platform connecting supporters and creators
• Real-time payment processing via PayU/PayTM
• Automated weekly payouts (every Tuesday)
• StreamElements integration for live alerts

All fees are non-negotiable and displayed before transaction confirmation.

StreamTipz.in owns all platform code, logos, and design elements.

Creators retain full ownership of their stream content.

Unauthorized use of StreamTipz.in trademarks is prohibited.

We may suspend accounts for:

• Fraudulent transactions
• Violation of these terms
• Chargeback abuse
• Illegal content promotion

Affected users will receive 7 days' notice via registered email.

First Attempt: Email support@streamtipz.in within 30 days of dispute.

Mediation: Unresolved issues escalate to arbitration in Thane, India under Indian law.

Legal Action: Jurisdiction limited to courts in Maharashtra, India.

StreamTipz.in is not liable for:

• Internet outages during transactions
• Creator content disputes
• Banking delays beyond our control
• Third-party service failures

Maximum liability capped at ₹5,000 per incident.

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 15 days' notice via email/platform notification.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

These terms are governed by:

• Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
