Welcome to StreamTipz. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Creator" or "User") and StreamTipz.

1. Services Provided & Intermediary Relationship

StreamTipz provides a technical software platform that allows content creators ("Creators") to monetize their audience through the sale of digital interactions ("Alerts" or "Support"). You hereby appoint StreamTipz as your technology provider and limited-purpose collection agent solely for the purpose of processing these digital transactions from your viewers and routing the funds to you. We act strictly as an intermediary marketplace, and at no point do we claim ownership of the primary transaction funds, except for our designated Platform Fee.

2. Financial Terms & Vendor Payouts

• Platform Fees & GST Valuation: StreamTipz retains a platform fee (currently 8%) from the gross amount of digital interactions processed. For GST and tax purposes, StreamTipz acts as a "Pure Agent" under GST Rule 33. The gross interaction value belongs to you (the Creator). StreamTipz levies its service charge only on the software facilitation provided.
• Verification & Payouts: Payouts are processed via automated split routing to verified bank accounts. You are required to pass KYC verification to receive payouts. StreamTipz reserves the right to hold funds if KYC is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected.
• Tax Liability & Indemnification: StreamTipz does not collect, withhold, or remit any local, state, or national taxes on your behalf. You are solely responsible for determining, declaring, and paying all applicable taxes on the income you receive. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StreamTipz from any claims, losses, or tax demands arising from your failure to declare or pay taxes on the funds you receive.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use StreamTipz for money laundering, fraud, funding illegal activities, harassment, or the distribution of pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit content. We strictly prohibit the use of our platform for unauthorized real-money gaming or gambling facilitators. We reserve the right to ban any user and freeze funds immediately if a violation of these terms is detected.

4. Limitation of Liability

StreamTipz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the software integrations or payment routing will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect damages or lost revenue arising from technical downtime or third-party payment gateway outages.
