Welcome to StreamTipz. By accessing or using our website, dashboard, tipping pages, payment pages, widgets, overlays, or related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you ("Creator", "Viewer", "Supporter", or "User") and StreamTipz.

1. Services Provided & Payment Architecture

StreamTipz is a creator monetization and stream automation platform. We provide tipping pages, UPI QR generation, payment status checks, dashboard tools, alert integrations, OBS browser-source widgets, supporter receipt emails, and creator moderation/onboarding systems.

• Direct Merchant Routing: Creators may connect supported merchant QR accounts such as Paytm for Business, PhonePe Business, or HDFC SmartHub Vyapaar. In this route, StreamTipz generates the payment experience and checks payment status, but the payment is intended to reach the Creator's connected merchant account directly.
• Central StreamTipz QR Routing: Creators without a supported merchant account may use StreamTipz Central QR. Payments are processed through the StreamTipz route and settled to the Creator's submitted UPI details on a T+1 or next-business-day basis where possible.
• Alerts & Widgets: StreamTipz can trigger custom alertbox overlays, Text-to-Speech alerts, Streamlabs events, StreamElements events, donation goals, top supporter widgets, recent tip widgets, and OBS dock views after successful payment confirmation.

2. Creator Approval & Account Requirements

Creators may be required to submit profile, contact, channel, and payment-route details before dashboard, tipping page, or monetization features are activated. StreamTipz may approve, reject, request corrections, suspend, or ban accounts to protect viewers, creators, and the platform.

3. Token Economy & Platform Fees

• Pre-Paid Alert Tokens: Creators must maintain Alert Tokens for automated alert and payment infrastructure usage. 1 Token is treated as equivalent to INR 1 for platform deduction calculation.
• Direct Merchant Routing: StreamTipz charges a 6% infrastructure fee through Alert Token deduction after successful payment processing.
• Central QR Routing: StreamTipz charges an 8% platform fee through Alert Token deduction to cover processing, reconciliation, and settlement operations.
• Account Suspension: If a Creator's Token balance reaches zero and any grace period expires, tipping and/or automated alerts may be paused until the balance is recharged.

4. Supporter Emails & Receipts

Supporters must enter a correct email address if they want to receive a payment receipt. StreamTipz attempts to send receipt emails after successful tip confirmation, but delivery can be affected by email provider limits, spam filtering, or incorrect email addresses.

5. Tax Liability & Compliance

Creators are solely responsible for determining, declaring, and paying all applicable taxes on tips, settlements, and creator income. StreamTipz does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use StreamTipz links, payment pages, overlays, widgets, or integrations to facilitate fraud, money laundering, illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, explicit or abusive content, or any conduct that violates applicable laws or payment provider rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

StreamTipz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for losses related to merchant account restrictions, UPI provider outages, delayed callbacks, incorrect UPI/payment details, failed email delivery, third-party API changes, banking network failures, chargebacks, fraud, or creator misuse.

8. Risk & Compliance Warning

• Provider Terms: Automation, QR verification, and integration behavior may be subject to the terms of Paytm, PhonePe, HDFC, UPI apps, Streamlabs, StreamElements, email providers, and other third-party services.
• Assumption of Risk: You use StreamTipz at your own risk and are responsible for checking whether your chosen payment route and integrations are suitable for your use case.
