Strict No-Refund Policy Due to the real-time and digital nature of tips, alerts, and token-based services, transactions processed through StreamTipz are generally final and non-refundable.

For Supporters (Tips)

Tips are voluntary support sent to a Creator. Depending on the Creator's setup, payment may go directly to the Creator's merchant account or through StreamTipz Central QR for settlement to the Creator. In either case, successful tips are final.

If you sent the wrong amount, used the wrong account, or changed your mind after payment, StreamTipz cannot guarantee a refund. You may contact the Creator directly or raise a dispute with your bank or payment app where applicable.

For Creators (Alert Tokens)

Alert Tokens are digital utility credits used for StreamTipz automation, payment infrastructure, and alert processing. By purchasing or using tokens, you acknowledge that:

Token purchases are final and non-refundable once completed.
Tokens have no cash value outside StreamTipz and cannot be withdrawn as money.
Tokens may be deducted when successful payments are processed, alerts are triggered, or platform fee rules apply.

Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is pending, delayed, duplicated, or incorrectly marked, contact support with the transaction details. StreamTipz may investigate payment status using available provider data, but final settlement and reversal behavior depends on the payment route, bank, UPI app, and merchant provider.

Chargeback Consequences

Unauthorized chargebacks, friendly fraud, or abusive disputes for token recharges or platform usage are prohibited. StreamTipz may suspend accounts, disable tipping links, revoke integrations, or block access where misuse is detected.
