Account Information (for creators): When you create a shop, we collect your name, display name, avatar/photo, payment address (such as UPI ID), and email address.
Viewer (“Fan”) Information: When purchasing a digital product, we ask for your name (real or nickname), message, and email. Anonymous purchases are allowed.
Transaction Data: We record transaction details: date, product name, message, amount paid, and user/shop IDs.
Technical Data: We automatically collect site analytics, device/browser info, and usage logs through cookies and analytics partners.
How We Use Information
Provide shop, checkout, purchase, and real-time alert services to streamers and viewers.
Settle payouts for creators.
Communicate important transactional messages (receipts, order confirmations).
Improve platform quality and security.
We never sell or share personal data with third-party advertisers.
No payment data (like card/UPI info) is stored by us; payments are processed securely by integrated payment partners.

Viewers may shop anonymously.

Creators can edit/delete their shop or information at any time.
