Your privacy matters to StreamTipz. This policy explains what information we collect from creators and supporters and how it is used to operate tipping, payment verification, alerts, widgets, and receipt emails.

Data We Collect

• Creator Account Data: Name, email address, display name, profile photo, bio, social links, channel links, contact number, onboarding status, and dashboard settings.
• Payment Routing Data: Merchant QR details, Paytm Business details, PhonePe Business details, HDFC SmartHub Vyapaar details, Personal UPI IDs, and related configuration needed to generate QR/payment pages and check payment status.
• Supporter Tip Data: Supporter name, supporter email, tip amount, tip message, payment status, timestamps, order/payment IDs, and metadata required for receipts, leaderboards, widgets, and alerts.
• Integration Data: Streamlabs OAuth tokens, StreamElements account IDs/JWT tokens, alertbox overlay tokens, uploaded alert media URLs, widget settings, and OBS overlay configuration.
• Technical Data: Logs, request metadata, status-check attempts, security markers, and anti-fraud or demo transaction flags.

How We Use Data

• To create tipping pages, payment intent pages, QR codes, and payment status checks.
• To process successful tips, deduct platform tokens, update leaderboards, and trigger alerts/widgets.
• To send HTML payment receipt emails to supporters after successful tip confirmation.
• To help creators configure Streamlabs, StreamElements, custom alertbox, TTS, OBS widgets, and payment routes.
• To review creator applications, detect misuse, investigate disputes, and protect the platform.

Third Parties

We do not sell personal data to advertisers. Data may be shared or transmitted only where needed to operate StreamTipz features, including payment providers, UPI/merchant integrations, WordPress services, Streamlabs, StreamElements, email delivery systems such as SMTP providers or Brevo, hosting infrastructure, and support tools.

Financial Data

StreamTipz does not ask supporters for bank passwords, card PINs, UPI PINs, full bank account passwords, Aadhaar passwords, or similar sensitive authentication secrets. Supporters complete payment in their chosen UPI/payment app.

Data Retention & Security

We retain transaction and account records for operational, legal, security, accounting, dispute, and support purposes. We use access controls and encrypted HTTPS connections, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.
