Welcome to StreamTipz.in (“Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these legally binding terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- These terms govern your use of StreamTipz.in’s tipping platform, including all features, content, and services.
- By registering, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent if under 18).
2. Account Registration
For Supporters (Tippers):
- Must provide accurate: name, email, and valid payment details.
- Are responsible for all activities under their account.
3. Service Description
StreamTipz.in provides:
Digital tipping platform connecting supporters and creators Real-time payment processing via PayU/PayTM Automated weekly payouts (every Tuesday)
4. Fees & Payments

- All fees are non-negotiable and displayed before transaction confirmation.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the platform for illegal activities (gambling, adult content, etc.) Issue chargebacks without contacting support@streamtipz.in first Impersonate streamers or misuse copyrighted content Automate tips (bots are strictly banned)
6. Intellectual Property
- StreamTipz.in owns all platform code, logos, and design elements.
- Creators retain full ownership of their stream content.
7. Termination Policy
We may suspend accounts for:
Fraudulent transactions Violation of these terms Chargeback abuse
Affected users will receive 7 days’ notice via registered email.
8. Dispute Resolution
- First Attempt: Email support@streamtipz.in within 30 days of dispute.
- Mediation: Unresolved issues escalate to arbitration in Thane, India under Indian law.
- Legal Action: Jurisdiction limited to courts in Maharashtra, India.
9. Limitation of Liability
- StreamTipz.in is not liable for:
- Internet outages during transactions
- Creator content disputes
- Banking delays beyond our control
- Maximum liability capped at ₹5,000 per incident.
10. Amendments
- We reserve the right to modify these terms with 15 days’ notice via email/platform notification.
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Information Technology Act, 2000.
