Welcome to StreamTipz. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StreamTipz.

1. Services Provided

StreamTipz provides a technical gateway that allows content creators ("Streamers") to receive monetary support ("Tips") from their viewers. We act as the facilitator of the transaction notification and processing.

2. Financial Terms

• Platform Fees: StreamTipz retains a platform fee (currently 8%) from the gross amount of tips received. This covers server costs, gateway charges, and maintenance.
• Payouts: Payouts are processed via UPI. You are solely responsible for providing an accurate UPI ID. We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect IDs provided by the user.
• Tax Liability: You are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on income received through our platform.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use StreamTipz for money laundering, fraud, funding illegal activities, harassment, or the distribution of pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit content. We reserve the right to ban any user and freeze funds immediately if suspicious activity is detected by our automated systems.

4. Limitation of Liability

StreamTipz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our service.
